TC Summer Art Camp: Mythical Worlds (grades 6-8)

About this camp

Ages: Youth (ages 12-14) Skill Level: All Skill Levels Instructor: Hal Papcun Materials Included? All materials included; Snack provided. Do you love fantasy stories or playing Dungeons & Dragons? This is the camp for you! Students will learn how to design their own magical worlds using dice commonly found in tabletop fantasy games and various art-making mediums. They will also create fantasy maps, and even design their very own mythical bird beast inspired by Raptor Week! What is Raptor Week? In partnership with North Sky Raptor, they will be coming in to present on the first day of every camp that week. Their presentation will include live raptor demonstration, bird education, and more! Every camp this week will include some project inspiration revolving around the raptors we learn about. All materials are included. A light snack is provided, but attendees can also bring along their own snacks. Please be mindful of allergens when bringing in snacks. We will offer a gluten free/nut free option each day.
